The raised name or letters inside the bowl create gentle obstacles that help encourage slower eating. Each bowl is individually shaped, sculpted, and hand-painted, so the spacing and arrangement will be adapted to your chosen bowl size and personalization.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your preferred bowl size.

2. Enter the name or letters you would like inside the bowl.

3. Describe the theme and small elements you would like around the outside.

4. Choose your preferred colors.

5. Upload several clear photos showing your pet’s face, markings, ears, and coat colors.

6. Add any other important details or special requests.

SIZE OPTIONS

• Small: 5.5 inches (14 cm) in diameter
• Medium: 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter

Because each bowl is individually shaped by hand, the finished measurements may vary slightly. If the bowl needs to fit an existing feeding stand, please include the required measurements when ordering.

PLEASE NOTE

As this is a fully handmade product, slight variations in shape, color, brushwork, and placement are natural. These small differences are part of what makes every bowl unique.

Pet sculptures are handmade artistic interpretations of the reference photos rather than exact photographic replicas.

Custom-made items usually take approximately 10 days to create, including shaping, painting, drying, kiln firing, cooling, final inspection, and packing. During busy periods, production may take up to 15 days.

Some non-personalized items, such as ceramic straws and spoons, are available in limited ready-to-ship quantities. If an item is sold out, please allow approximately 10 days for it to be handmade before shipping.

If you’re ordering for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order in advance. Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

Production time does not include shipping. Shipping usually takes approximately 8–12 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and securely packed for its journey. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of both the item and its packaging so we can help.

Microwave safe. For long-term care, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. As with all ceramics, handle with care to help prevent chips and breakage.
